  Craziest thing I’ve ever seen in my life. I own a small business Keller Gold gold and silver exchange. We open an account about six weeks ago, which we just converted an old account which I’ve had for about 15 years into that account, Provided the documents that they requested and then all of a sudden we get a call stating they want a copy of my license. Well if you’re a gold and silver dealer dealing in bullion and coins you’re not required to even have that license. I do have it anyway it’s simply a $25 fee that you give to the state there’s no vetting or anything like that just kind of a tax . This is very odd. Why would you request this? so I belong to an online group of 40,000 jewelers and asked them and in particular anyone in Texas has anyone ever heard of such a thing and No one has ever heard of this request from any of their banks. The comments were overwhelmingly negative concerning this overreach from the bank. So I told them that I would come in and close the account and then I get a call today saying that they were closing my account. it doesn’t matter there are 1 million banks and it’s sad that they have so little to do there that they would want to lose a long time customer over something no one requires.

  Words can’t describe my frustration and dislike for this bank. The bank erroneously charged me a late fee on my mortgage payment. I’ve had my mortgage with them for 13 years and never missed a payment nor ever was late. To dispute the late fee they required all correspondence in snail mail!!!!! They did provide a phone number I could call - which no one ever answered nor returned my VM. After 6 letters and proof of my timely payment - nothing was resolved and I was out $40 plus all the time it took and postage. I can’t help but wonder if that’s an unwritten policy to pull this stunt on approx 200,000 mortgages and they’re sitting pretty. Now I’m researching the reason for this bank not paying my home owners insurance policy for 2 months!!!!!!! This company is a joke and although I was pleased with them the first few years, the last five have been miserable. Can’t wait to pay off my house so I’m done with this bank.

  This bank is a joke and makes up rules as they go. They have always done even money exchanges and now won't even help the company's next to them because their own accountant messed up money and can't be held accountable. Sad way to run a business.

  Used the ATM, it sucked in the money as soon as I went to grab it. Been 30 days.. filed a dispute (like they asked) and I am surprised it's been 30 days since they have responded. I used Paypal Business. I figured it would just go back on my card...

  You wont find a better bank with nicer people. It's rare to find a bank that you can have a real relationship with and that's super important as a small business owner. I consider everyone there to be on my team.
