  UPDATE: AGAIN- worst bank on the planet! Spoke to them yesterday and was assured a check that was deposited would be in my account this morning! Was ASSURED the entire check would be there. Woke up to my account OVERDRAFTED the amount of the check because they “alerted fraud”. Wasn’t just not in my account, no! My account was overdrafted thousands of dollars leaving me with no money and unable to pay a single bill because the amount deposited in to my account and THEN got flagged! So the “frauds” check was deposited and then taken back out of my account- not just removed! It was taken as if I had spent it out of the account! I will 100% be taking everything from this account, closing the account, moving banks, and reporting this bank for fraud as they deposited the check and then spent it out of my account! I knew something would go wrong with this even after talking to them yesterday as there is ALWAYS something with this horrible bank!!! Absolute worst bank I have ever worked with! Went to cash a check because I didn’t want to wait 3-5 days for it to deposit. Yes, they will hold the check for 3-5 days before depositing it. My husband goes in to cash the check, he doesn’t have his ID. Ok fine. They say I (his wife) can come in and cash it with my ID because we have a joint account. Great! I walk in two minutes after him and they let me know they can cash the check because our account is less than a year old. Excuse me? I have an account with PNC and I can’t cash a check there?! Crazy! My husband goes back in and talked to the branch manager. He explains that he needs to deposit the check, but waiting 3-5 business days isn’t going to work. She lets him know that they can push it through immediately and that it will be available the next day. HA! It absolutely was NOT available the next day. My husband was on the phone with that branch six separate times. They gave a lot of bull shit excuses. They had the lady who wrote the check send them a screen shot that it came out of her account! I have never had to do that in my life!!!! Low and behold, the check was never deposited into our account! I am so fed up with this bank! If you do choose to deposit a check on the app, if you’re lucky…the following business day you will get $100, the business day following that you will get $400, and the day following that you will get the rest of the check! This bank is clearly broke!

  the banker michael is beyond reprehensive, down talked me the entire conversation and wasted my time entirely. the entire bank has given me issues since using it, definitely avoid this place like the plague.

  I have been banking here since it was BBVA. The staff is very helpful very friendly. They take good care of me when I need help with my banking. Always clean and professional.
