  This is the worst credit union when you deposit money or transfer money from a mother account it’s not available right away it shows after 3 business days in your account and also when you transfer money from your account to your credit card to make a payment it does not get credited til3 to 4 business days later. Now I am trying to close my account and credit card and they tell me that I have to wait 15 minutes to see a person banker to close the credit card before I can even close my savings account this is ridiculous I can close one without the other at the same time.

  Very helpful and friendly staff. They also seem to be knowledgeable about their jobs and about their credit union in general.

  This place has been a disaster doing transactions the cashiers. The training needs to improve 500%. They have deposited our money in somebody else account and to get our money back have been a pain, taking months to resolve all of the issues that they have created. They charged fees and interest to us by their mistake….. The manager in charge keeps telling inconsistent information…. They need to improve on everything Calling TDECU representatives, they said they can’t do anything to resolve the problem because not shown in the system and needed to go the branch. TDECU application sometimes works other times not. Not able to recommend this financial system :( May improve over the time ??

  Yesterday, I visited this branch after a long time without coming. To be completely honest, in the past I did not enjoy visiting this location because the staff seemed unfriendly and the customer service was not the best. However, this time my experience was completely different. Ms. Valeria provided outstanding and highly professional service. She was attentive, friendly, and most importantly, her guidance helped me make well-informed financial decisions. Her level of customer service truly changed my perception of this institution. As a result of this positive experience, I decided to transfer my direct deposit to this bank and begin working with them. They offer excellent interest rates and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this branch.
