- NMNinya MoonJul 15, 20261.0What a TERRIBLE experience with this bank!!! If i could give ZERO stars I would! The whole staff is completely fraudulent!! As a first time business owner, opening a business account was a necessary step in my growth and expansion. I went back and forth for a month looking and interviewing banks. Southstate was amongst those options. I chose them because BRANDON the manager is a better salesman than he his a banker and told me ALLLLLLL these features and benefits of joining Southstate bank. So i drive 30 min in the rain to enroll with them, it takes 2 hours to open the account because of the level of incompetence. Yet i remained patient and polite. They told me i couldn't access the account or my money for a week and that THEY will contact me. A week later i finally get my debit card and try to activate it, i found out my account is being closed for FRAUD!!! I call the bank to see what's going on and EVERY person included the TWO ladies that OPENED my account, ROXY & RHIMOU pretended to have no clue whst was going on. So they clearly all were playing with my account and messed it up and got it shut down. NO ONE has contacted me STILL and my money is GONE. DO NOT KEEP YOUR MONEY AT THIS BANK, THEY WILL STEAL IT!!!! Brandon is the manager, Rhimou and Roxy are bankers, and JEAN FLADIGAN is the regional manager. Thieves, liars, scammers!!! Welcome to Texas
