Ive had such a pleasant time working with many of their employees. From the head quarters , over the phone and in the local branch at various locations. Always great customer service and compassion. Ive had a few banks and none are better than Shell FCU not even my american express. Shell really is a FCU i can trust, because they trust me. Please dont change that because thats what makes your banking more special.
