It took 10 minutes to deposit 5 checks in the drive through because my teller had to get the manager to approve my deposit because it's over her limit. And while I'm waiting for that to happen I'm watching another employee play with her white out tape. Our company switched to Amegy from Wells Fargo so we could get better, more personalized customer service but something has changed in the last couple of months and I'm about to recommend we start doing the majority of our banking with our other bank account at Regions.
