  I had a wonderful experience few ago days at PNC bank ( O'Connor location). I was bit upset when I first walked in. But that changed quickly as I was welcomed with a warm smile and immediate assistance from all 4 of the staff members. Ty, Samira, Jas, and Rochna. They all offered to help especially Jas and Samira helped me with the issues I was having with my acct for the past few months. They worked on it and resolved the issue within a few mins and it was Done!!Problem solved!! JAS and Samira was great, they offered water and coffee and snacks!! Ty the wonderful manger offered to give me my refund back to my credit card! Thank you for such a great customer service experience. You all are wonderful and had a great conversation with you all before I left!! It was a great experience!

  Should really put office Bank instead of just bank when there's no way to make any cash transactions.

  Literally not a bank, just an old ATM that doesn’t work, it looks haunted, DONT GO THERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

  This bank is inside an office building type location. Nice staff and always help me with my needs.
