- BRBryan RoblesMay 23, 20261.0I went in to arrange financing and remove a co-borrower. We were assisted by Rafay, with Joseph providing translation support (they didn't even ask us any questions). They requested documents and information—lots of information—without providing any details whatsoever. They ran our credit checks WITHOUT ASKING US FIRST. They didn't tell us the APR or the loan term; they simply submitted a new loan application without giving us any information about anything. Time is a scarce commodity, and when one sets out to handle this type of paperwork, one expects efficiency and promptness—yet there was absolutely none of that.
