  The person that I spoke to sits on the right side of the entrance. Sorry I’m bad with names. He helped me and did a great job and to be honest that’s the reason I come to this location cause to me customer service is awesome that’s why I give you a 5 Star review cause if I was able to give you all a 10 star I would. Thank you again.

  The credit union of Texas bank is amazing l always have a great experience, no issues, and everyone is so helpful. Also shoutout to my bank teller Jiyssa who has helped me many times and provided great service.

  En sucursal que está sobre la MacArthur blvd en Irving hay un joven llamado Carlos Charnichart que me atendió muy bien. Es paciente amable y muy sincero en cuanto a los servicios y prestaciones que ofrece el banco, me resolvió rápido los problemas y hasta me ayudó a poder manejar mejor mi aplicación, muchas gracias señor Carlos Por más atención al cliente como el ! ☺️

  I don’t often take the time to write reviews, but exceptional service deserves to be acknowledged. My experience with both Jlyssa and Kandrea was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with warmth, patience, professionalism, and genuine care. What stood out most was that neither interaction felt transactional. They took the time to listen, answer my questions thoroughly, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident before I left. There is a tremendous difference between simply doing your job and making someone feel genuinely valued as a customer—and they absolutely did the latter. Both were knowledgeable, personable, attentive, and incredibly kind. Experiences like this are exactly what build trust and loyalty with a bank. They represented their branch exceptionally well, and I hope their leadership knows what an asset they both are. Thank you for making what could have been an ordinary banking visit such a positive and memorable experience. Exceptional service deserves recognition, and these two certainly deserve theirs.

  I’ve been a member of this system for 4 decades. Before there was an Irving branch, I travelled to Dallas Teachers Credit Union in southwest Dallas. Thirty years ago I followed this credit union to Irving on Belt Line and then on to 161. The new branch has all new furnishings with the EXCEPTION OF their 20 year old coin sorting machine. Now, guess what’s been “temporarily out of service” for over two weeks. For the last 5 years, it’s been impossible to get a human employee on the phone. Calling customer service is a never ending automated system designed to make you give up and hang up. Before I drive 10 miles one-way from south Irving, I’d like to be able to make a 20 second call to the bank and ask, “Is your antiquated coin machine working today?” Are YOU looking for a new bank? I recommend looking elsewhere. I will be.
