  Went to this PNC branch in Hurst just to withdraw a small amount of cash. Apparently that was too advanced of a task for the day. Even though I’ve done the exact same thing at other PNC locations (including Arlington) with my valid Texas driver’s license, this branch decided to invent a new requirement: apparently I now need to travel back in time and present a Colorado driver’s license I haven’t used in years. Very innovative banking system here. Instead of actually helping solve the issue or using normal verification methods, the interaction felt like a mix of confusion, attitude, and unnecessary gatekeeping over a simple withdrawal request. I also got questioned about my bank card status, which was completely irrelevant to why I was there. It’s impressive how one branch can make accessing your own money feel like an administrative puzzle game with random rules that no other branch seems to follow. Left without being helped. Will be avoiding this location unless I ever feel nostalgic for bureaucratic improv theater.

  Ok, I must assume after reading several of the comments about this PNC branch, that someone in H/R paid attention because all my several visits here (this branch was closest to a family member that has since moved out of country) and now I only make the drive here because of this particular employee… Lizzie Contreras. I have been a loyal PNC customer for a decade now, and while I can confidently say that PNC has some of the best staff (in my opinion regarding banks: hands-down, no question!), one particular woman absolutely tops them all! This isn’t just a simple “good service” story. My heart is full with gratitude (yes, even after all this time and some serious matters later), and I can’t stop professing Lizzie’s skills. What truly says it all is this: I drive all the way from downtown (University Place) past who-knows how many other perfectly good PNC branches, just to see Lizzie! I know what you're thinking – “Why the commute?” The simple answer is this woman. Lizzie isn’t just good at her job, she’s a superstar of customer service and professionalism. In a time where excellent service can be a rare gem, Lizzie Contreras is a shining example. She goes above and beyond, making every interaction not only efficient but truly exceptional. My mom always taught me that if you’re going to take the time to complain about less-than-stellar service, you must take the same time, if not more, to speak up about an exemplary person and their service. This is my ‘equal-amount-of-time’ moment… and H/R should realize an asset that’s extremely valuable (it’s a bank, so I can only pray if they don’t know how much so, they will upon reading my comments). 🙏 If you’re looking for a bank where you're treated like a real person, and where the service is truly stellar, do yourself a favor and find your way to this location. You might just have a chance to meet Lizzie! Thank you, Lizzie, for being the absolute best of the best! You’ve made my PNC experiences at this particular branch well worth every commute to and from, and the time and effort to compose this voluminous review. Literally cannot say enough ⚜️🙏

  I would like to applaud the outstanding and professional service that Marina, an employee from PNC's Bedford Euless branch, (1121 W Bedford Euless Rd, Hurst, Texas), performs in handling my weekly reoccurring withdrawals from my business checking account. Administering to the daily requirements of running a small business can be very challenging and stressful. I fell both blessed and thankful that Marina, a extremely knowledgeable and friendly PNC bank team member, can always offer me a “Clear Path Forward” for all my banking needs. Marina is definitely worth her weight in "Gold" and I would recommend the PNC's Bedford Euless branch location for anyone that requires "Piece of Mind" banking services.

  3 months ago I posted a negative feedback, yet I keep coming back because it’s been my bank for years. Went again this morning, worst attitude-worst customer service ever, can’t even help me link my Zelle to my checking in office because they’re too busy. Worst bank ever. My husband and I will be spending the day changing all of our accounts over to a more respectful and well maintained back who know how to train their staff to have to actual customer service. DO NOT BANK HERE. No response wanted from the bank, I’ve heard enough
