- KMKatrina Dawn MillerSep 16, 20252.0This is for the ATM, not the bank. I put my card in to get a cash withdrawal. The machine went through the entire process. It spit my card out, and just as it was about to dispense the cash, the system canceled the transaction. Thankfully, no money was taken out of my account. I went to the Dollar Store up the street and got cash back.
- JCJulie CatchingAug 3, 20251.0You cannot access customer service on the weekends or after 5. There add says a live person always answers your call. Also a lie. I have been hacked 3 times. All notifications for alerts were on. When I personally turned my card off…hackers still managed to access my account. Service at the bank is a joke. Turnover is horrible. Never talk to the same person twice. You are better off keeping your funds in a mason jar or using a more reputable bank like Chase or BOA. Small time bank wanting to hang with the big boys.
