  I want to thank my customer service rep by the name of Diana Rodriguez today at the height location she gave me outstanding customer service. Let’s just say I was about to close all my accounts because I was locked out of my phone app and she was amazing help thank you.

  I’ve banked with this bank since I was child. It was sad that here recently I’ve had to pull all funds due to trying to consolidate my credit cards. TDECU took upon themselves to take money out of my savings to Go towards balance due. On the first occasion that they took out money unauthorized they reversed it said they were sorry. They said they would note account that it was being consolidated. Then a week later a larger amount was take out again as a payment for the credit card. When I called for them to reverse it they said no they had the right to collect. That may be but I don’t remember this when I got the credit card. I closed my CD accounts with them in fear they would take that money too. This I did at this location. Days later I called customer service and asked it they had the authority to take those funds also, they said no not those. Well too late now as I had already taken the money out. Why didn’t the manager mention this when I was withdrawing the CD funds? Weeks later I go in again to take money out, the manager says I remember you. I said yes me too I never heard back from you as you said you would contact me due to her trying to get me to continue to bank with them. The day I was there after we both said I remember you…. Before the teller would give me my money the manager called her to the back they lowered their voices so I could not hear. They both laugh and the teller says yea…thank you next…. Then she gives me my money. I let the manager know that I had called and asked about CD funds being used for credit card payments and let her know I was told that the bank could not take money out of CDs. She then says oh yes they can… I said so which is it they can or can’t? Perhaps your employees need retraining for them to all be on the same page…. But the staff at this location aren’t the greatest….plus making me feel like they were making fun of me didn’t feel good either… do better TDECU…. Not a place I would recommend to anyone.

  I would not choose to bank here just based on the issues with the new atm location. The screen is too low and requires you to hold a squat to read the screen and it is out in the rain. The old atm location was in the drive through and was accessible from your car which is much safer.
