  Staff had me waiting almost an hour after I told them I had sumwhare to b at 11a.m they finished with me at 10:56 a.m so sad it was purposely dne

  I went to open an account today. I loved the energy when I walked inside the building. Everyone was welcoming and smiling. Jonathan was very polite and helpful. He gave me detailed information and walked me through the steps. I also got a chance to meet one of the managers there and overall I had a great experience. Thank you!

  Jordan Equam is the best at it she always goes above and beyond to assist me with my banking needs soon as I walk into the branch Jordan greets me with a smile and is always happen to see me she one of the reasons I love Greenway Plaza branch the best branch in Texas for sure . Everytime I leave my issue are reolve and im happy that I stopped by to get help from the branch instead of calling for online assistance. Thanks Jordan you are awesome. Sincerely Officer Charlene
