  Came in the branch and was greeted as we walked in the door by Sophia she was very kinds and knowledgeable and addressed our needs. Opened my checking and we got all set up with online banking.

  I am a retired (84 years young) Army and retired School Teacher. Administration & Finance was my Military Occupational Specialty in the US Army! I am giving you my OLD credentials so that you will recognize that I know a little about the subject in which I am about to speak: I am writing to talk about Ayodeji S. Hassan, FSRII. I went to the bank to discuss possible fraudulent checks. I was thoroughly impressed with Mr. Hassan's patience and attention to detail. He explained everything he was doing and why! He made sure that I understood the process he was applying to correct the problem. When I was home and had follow up questions or other minor administrative needs, he responded cheerfully! He is undoubtedly a great asset to this bank when interacting with it's clients. And, as we say in the Army when a job is well done - I Salute you Mr. Hassan!

  We are elderly and experienced some fraudulent activity on our account. A huge shout out to Mr. Ayodeji Hassan, who spent a considerate amount of time assisting us on getting our money returned and creating a new account. Throughout the whole ordeal he remained very patient, professional, helpful and kind. We are most grateful because it reduced our stress levels considerably.   I am 84 years old. And in my entire life, I have never received such incredible customer service. Ayodeji Welcomed me from the time I walked through the door, to holding my seat as I sat down, to walking out to the ATM with me to help me withdraw some money. He was courtesy personified. Friendly. Warm. And and always the perfect exemplar of the best customer service representative one could ask for. I cannot speak for the rest of the staff, but everyone I’ve met here has been wonderful. If you need a bank, this is the place to come.
