  I had an outstanding experience working with Ivonne Herebia. She went above and beyond to help me through the financing process when we ran into delays with the dealership. She was proactive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable—she even followed up multiple times with the dealership and guided us through every step until we got things moving. When communication with the dealership became difficult, she stayed patient and immediately worked on finding solutions so I could still move forward with my purchase. Her experience in the car industry really showed, and she genuinely advocated for us the entire time. I truly appreciate her dedication and would highly recommend working with her if you need help with financing or navigating a car purchase. She made a stressful situation feel manageable and supported us every step of the way!

  I have banked with SFCU for years and have never been happier with them as I was today. They went above and beyond to grant my request after things on their end made it difficult. They were professional in handling themselves and as they were able to work through their issues they never compromised my account security and took extra measures to ensure the transaction was going to the right person. Bravo SFCU, you truly are the best at what you do.

  I came in without an appointment around 4:20 p.m., so I expected a bit of a wait since it was toward the end of the day, and the wait time was actually very reasonable. Israel Bocanegra helped me during my visit, and he was amazing from start to finish. He was patient, helpful, and made sure I got everything I needed. He even let me know about some free gifts they were giving out, which was a nice surprise—I received a free lunch bag and a free tumbler. Overall, I really appreciated the great customer service despite me walking in late in the day. Definitely recommend asking for Israel Bocanegra!
