  I had an outstanding experience working with Ivonne Herebia. She went above and beyond to help me through the financing process when we ran into delays with the dealership. She was proactive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable—she even followed up multiple times with the dealership and guided us through every step until we got things moving. When communication with the dealership became difficult, she stayed patient and immediately worked on finding solutions so I could still move forward with my purchase. Her experience in the car industry really showed, and she genuinely advocated for us the entire time.
