- MHMichelle HernandezMay 27, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Highland Village PNC branch. I originally went to my local branch to have paperwork notarized for my children’s upcoming international trip and was directed to this location because they had a notary available. I spoke with Michael, who told me I needed to return with my husband to complete the paperwork. I explained that my husband is a teacher and that I would need to coordinate during his lunch break and after work. I specifically asked what time they closed and was assured that Michael would be there and that no appointment was necessary. Based on that information, I rearranged our entire afternoon, including having my children take the Metro home because I would not be able to pick them up after school. My husband and I arrived at the branch 10 minutes before 4 PM only to find out Michael had already left for the day. This situation was incredibly frustrating and inconsiderate. If he knew he would be leaving early, we should have been informed so we could have made other arrangements. A little communication and professionalism would have gone a long way.
