I had a hold on my account that was causing me concern, and both Dilin and Carlos were incredibly patient, professional, and understanding throughout the process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and worked diligently to help resolve the issue. Thanks to their assistance and persistence, the hold on my account was successfully lifted. Their excellent customer service, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. I truly appreciate their patience and dedication to helping customers. PNC is fortunate to have such a great team, and I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for exceptional banking service.

There is no parking unless you pay to park in the parking garage, which is not tall enough past the 2nd floor for a truck. After wasting half of my lunch hour getting parked I walked into the location to be told that it would take over an hour to print me a new debit card at this point I’m out of time. The Fannin location has more interior space and easy access, it would’ve made a much more convenient location for 99% of the customers but that’s not PNC’s style they like things the hard way. I should’ve left when they stop being BBVA, PNC is a joke.
