I had a hold on my account that was causing me concern, and both Dilin and Carlos were incredibly patient, professional, and understanding throughout the process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and worked diligently to help resolve the issue. Thanks to their assistance and persistence, the hold on my account was successfully lifted. Their excellent customer service, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. I truly appreciate their patience and dedication to helping customers. PNC is fortunate to have such a great team, and I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for exceptional banking service.

Thanks alot PNC I used to be BBVA yet can't even access my own money and left me stranded no where near a bank. Think twice before doing Any business with these people. BBVA was good PNC is the worst how they handled a takeover.. They deserve Zero Stars...
