  Open a secure credit card three months ago been having to run around ever since trying to increase my limit initially came in and opened up secure credit card with the limit of 800 was told I couldn’t do that. I can only open for 300 was told by Ms.Hill, when they credit card came in; I would have no problem in increasing the limit. When credit card came in add money to card at Brackets and was told at Branch to call the back of the card. Called back of the card was told me to go into the branch go back to Ms.Hill at branch. Called back of called nothing changed limit still 300 with a credit of $400; nothing ever got figured out just decided to close all accounts.

  If you’re looking for a banker in PNC, just come to this branch and find Ivan, he’s very professional and willing to help. Also, he will get the customer best interest, I’m really appreciate to have his service! And the branch manager were nice too, he even open the door for me👍

  This location is a joke. I am a PNC customer. I Tried to cash my PNC Cashier Check that was made out to me from me 4 years ago. It was to much foolery going on. They wanted to charge me a fee to cash my own PNC Cashier Check as a PNC Customer. This doesn't add up.
