  Hispanics be aware of the Branch Manager Julian D, he may assume you're illegally in this country and refuse to open an account. I wanted to open atleast a personal account, and business account while i was there if possible, I had to go to a different PNC branch to open my accounts. Employees at this Branch expressed their frustration with him as well, and apologized for the way he refused to open my account and kicked me out the branch. Julian said I didn't have a proper form of identification, he said that was PNC policy. When I asked him to show me proof of this policy, he refused, said he didnt have to prove anything to me and kicked me out the branch. I tried to explain to him previous PNC bank employees both at this and another branch days prior, said I was ok to open my account. I just needed to make time in my schedule to open an account. He wouldnt accept my mexican national ID as a form of identification as well as other IDs from Texas and secondary forms of ID that I had on hand to open my account. At the moment my driver's license was expired and was not able to use that as my primary ID. Previous bank employees at a different PNC branch and at this Branch confirmed that the IDs that I had in my wallet at the moment were sufficient for primary and secondary IDs needed to open an account. After opening my personal account at Champions branch, I returned to this PNC branch to make a deposit, one of the employees at the branch said that he refused to open my account because I'm not a citizen, which is not true. I am a naturalized American Citizen, I think Julian saw a Mexican man in work clothes and assumed I was illegal. I have spoken to one of his superiors who i believe was named David and he confirmed that the identification i had was sufficient to open my accounts. I was lucky to come into the branch and run into his superior. I hope this gets taken care of correctly. I went to the PNC branch on Champions and was able to open both my personal and business accounts. I recommend speaking to Daniel at PNC branch in Champions. Aside from this interaction with Julian all other employees have been very polite, very well trained and professional.

  I did my research about before opening a new bank accounts and I had some concerns about the bank and it’s practices and the staff answer all of them making me more willing to join they also have one of the most money for deposits money out of the 10 banks the staff was extremely nice we chatted I felt like family they made the process very smooth 400 if you deposit 5000 in direct does in 60 days I also like the three bank accounts they give you to make you more financial stable

  Jasmine and Julian were honestly extremely friendly and knowledgeable bankers who restored my faith in pnc. Highly recommend to anybody that is not familiar with the brand and would extremely recommend this particular branch. Ask for any one of the friendly employees.
