    Currency exchange was done at an incorrect rate. Spoke with the manager about this soon after, said she would get back with me. I have sent 2 emails and made follow up phone calls but neither have been returned.

    I set up a business account at this location and had a great experience with Megan who assisted me but it’s been downhill from that point. My card has been locked twice while attempting to make purchases, I’ve had to call customer service 6 times on a new account and they’ve kept me on hold for over an hour transferring me here and there. Now my account is on hold again and no one in the business department seems to know why!! Currently I am on hold again to speak with someone at the branch to get some sort of information. They don’t communicate, never follow up with issues and overall this hasn’t been a great experience. If my issues aren’t resolved today, I’m taking my business relationship to another branch.

    The bank has no capability to take deposits or make change from large amounts of coin. In order to deposit coins they want you to put them in wrappers. Once PNC gets the wrappers they will break them open and recount the coins using a coin machine. Why the stupid middle step that is prone to error? They simply want to make it difficult for people to deposit coinage. Now I am on the hunt for a bank that actually does smart things.

    I waited over an hour and a half today to see a banker. Not her fault (Eliana) as her two coworkers just sat at their desks and didn’t help anyone in the time she helped 4 people. When I was next customer to be helped, one of the bankers, Sean, looked at me, didn’t acknowledge me and just sat at his desk. When he saw someone he recognized (who was behind me in line) he said he had time and she got help from him (before me). I tried to connect with management but apparently no managers on site all week so choosing to leave this bank. They seem to have major staffing issues post-merger.
