- AAAlton AdamsAug 17, 20261.0Currency exchange was done at an incorrect rate. Spoke with the manager about this soon after, said she would get back with me. I have sent 2 emails and made follow up phone calls but neither have been returned.
- PSPamela SmithJul 21, 20261.0I set up a business account at this location and had a great experience with Megan who assisted me but it’s been downhill from that point. My card has been locked twice while attempting to make purchases, I’ve had to call customer service 6 times on a new account and they’ve kept me on hold for over an hour transferring me here and there. Now my account is on hold again and no one in the business department seems to know why!! Currently I am on hold again to speak with someone at the branch to get some sort of information. They don’t communicate, never follow up with issues and overall this hasn’t been a great experience. If my issues aren’t resolved today, I’m taking my business relationship to another branch.
- RRRichard RonanApr 26, 20261.0The bank has no capability to take deposits or make change from large amounts of coin. In order to deposit coins they want you to put them in wrappers. Once PNC gets the wrappers they will break them open and recount the coins using a coin machine. Why the stupid middle step that is prone to error? They simply want to make it difficult for people to deposit coinage. Now I am on the hunt for a bank that actually does smart things.

I tried to move it to an Austin branch with really great people, but Compass has no procedure for that. I am going to move my account, after 26 years, to another bank.
