  This review is specifically regarding the ATM machine at this location. About half the time I visit, the ATM is out of service. After looking through previous reviews, it appears this has been an ongoing issue for at least three years. Would it be possible to replace the machine? Doing so would likely reduce negative feedback and greatly improve convenience for customers, especially since there is only one ATM available at this location. Most working individuals rely on the ATM because they’re unable to visit the branch during regular hours, which typically end around 5 p.m., to receive assistance from a teller.

  My husband went there on Friday to withdraw from our buisness account. The African American lady who was running the window and the front desk has to be the most incompetent person ever! Instead of just telling my husband that our buisness account has been temporarily closed. She fills out a withdrawal slip and puts our company name on it but puts a totally DIFFERENT account number from one of our other accounts that have nothing to do with our business account and WITHDRAWALS the money he asked for from that account WITHOUT letting him know exactly what she was doing. I don’t know how long this employee has been with your company but that IS NOT how you do business! Lying to a customer about where the money was coming from and not being up front with what she was ACTUALLY doing is pitiful and she should be fired !

  Please do not go to this branch's ATM. It is malfunctioning almost EVERY DAY. It always needs repairs and will take your money!!!!

  This is by far my favorite bank to visit. The staff here is always pleasant and professional. They make me feel like a valued customer each and every time. My business banker Jay Sanchez no matter how busy always manages to ask me how is business going with a genuine smile. Thanks Guys
