- JOJay OpalOct 1, 20261.0My experience was great with the staff . The Manger on duty mino Whatever her name is was disrespecting her employees while in the next room while I hear it !! Jasmine was the last age was going off on and I didn’t appreciate that at all. Jasmine had information that was very helpful and the manger just over powered her and be little her like she was nothing. I don’t like that or appreciate that type of service inside a work place and something should be done about it .

Whoever was working today, 09/18/2026 around 2 PM, deserves some recognition. He was extremely helpful and made the whole experience so much easier. Great job, sir!

After looking through previous reviews, it appears this has been an ongoing issue for at least three years. Would it be possible to replace the machine? Doing so would likely reduce negative feedback and greatly improve convenience for customers, especially since there is only one ATM available at this location. Most working individuals rely on the ATM because they’re unable to visit the branch during regular hours, which typically end around 5 p.m., to receive assistance from a teller.
