Now, PNC, the carpet baggers from Pittsburgh, come to show how bad service can be. I have closed accounts that will cost them thousands a year in profit off my deposits PNC care? No would rather charge me 35 for a safety deposit box. Dumb leadership. Abuse customers in Texas, you won't last long Annalise was great. Today, I went to close my last two accounts. The new recruits stared at the screens while two customers waited. No initiative to show service. Mary Duque came to talk to me. Thanks. I watched her behavior change after our talk A new person in training should have the initiative to say, "Hey, I am new, but let me get someone." NOPE
