  Worst bank I ever used. Tried to do a big withdraw from my account. I refused to tell the lady the reason I wanted that amount, she calls her manager to "check " her work, this manager also gets really pushy to find out to which I also declined to discuss with her. She stated everything was okay and went to get the cash I requested, then comes back 5 min later and says that there is a pending transaction on my account and they want to wait until that transaction is fully processed which made no sense since that transaction would not put my account on $0 or close to. But they end up telling me to come back tomorrow, when I get home 10 min later I try to check on this transaction through the app and I come to find out my account now blocked and under investigation. So now I can't access MY OWN money for 30-45 days, I was given no reason from their fraud department, every question I made to this person was met with a "I cannot disclose that information" So they refuse to give me information about MY OWN account as well. It took 3 hours to get a hold of this person just to be told they can't tell me nothing other than my account is under investigation, I cannot access my money, and I have to wait until they decide to either restore my account or close it and issue a check with my remaining balance. Horrible customer service and horrible practices, I do not recommend this bank and specially this location

  It’s about a 50% chance the ATM does not work. Can’t rely on this branch at all.

  This is the most unorganized bank I have dealt with they never have change to give you , We are a retail business and depend on the banks for change when needed . Went to get $200 in fives teller said he only has $30 seriously in the whole bank $30 ridiculous to say the least . That’s what the vault is for to keep extra change …he was lazy any way ..

  I’ve visited this location several times to cash a check, even though I’m not a PNC customer, and the service has consistently been quick and excellent. The staff is efficient and makes the process smooth every time.

  This branch is like a third world country banking mentality they have an attitude the tellers think they are Bankers on a $20000 dollars a year salary if you believe in good customer service just drive three miles to 1217 West 43rd Street, Houston, TX 77018 which is the exact opposite.
