He made the whole visit easy and stress-free, answered my questions clearly, and went above and beyond to help me out. It is not often that you meet someone at a bank who provides that level of customer service and makes you feel like they truly care about helping you. Brandon is a great representative for PNC Bank, and I really appreciate everything he did for me. Highly recommend asking for him if vou visit this location!

I get that the employees want to go home but I would have been a new customer with the expectancy of being with the bank at least 5 years...

She went above and beyond advising me! I truly appreciate your level of care. She is also incredibly friendly and a true joy to work with. Benedicta is an asset to this branch and I truly hope she is valued how she deserves to be, because I am a raving fan of PNC and this branch solely because of her!
