  After waiting inside the bank for some time, I attempted to use the drive-through window. At the window, David told me that the drive-through was closed at that time, and his behavior was super rude. When I checked the clock, it was 4:00 pm. I then returned inside the bank and patiently waited again for my turn. During this time, it appeared the staff was occupied with nothing but hanging out with another coworker, and there was little indication they were available to additional customers. Subsequently, I approached another staff member nearby, who kindly explained that both the drive-through and the bank closed at 5 pm At that moment, I noticed it was 4:10 pm. Based on this experience, I would advise caution when dealing with this branch, as there were discrepancies in the information provided by David regarding the operating hours. Overall, my experience with the customer service and communication was somewhat disappointing.

  PNC Royal Oaks has been my bank forever and tellers have come and gone. However there is one teller who sadly will leave and transfer to Dallas next week. Garret, is always friendly , greets you by name and makes you feel it is a wonderful experience to drive up through the window. His smile and kind words just makes your day and a little better. Garrett will transfer to Dallas next week and the new bank branch will be lucky to add him as an cherished addition. Wishing Garrett all the best Still feel PNC is the most professional bank off of Westheimer!.
