- EVElaine ValladaresAug 25, 20261.0They will turn you away if it is too close to 5pm. My job is also 8am-5pm so I left early to make it before closing. Made it at 4:49 & was turned away. I get that the employees want to go home but I would have been a new customer with the expectancy of being with the bank at least 5 years...

She went above and beyond advising me! I truly appreciate your level of care. She is also incredibly friendly and a true joy to work with. Benedicta is an asset to this branch and I truly hope she is valued how she deserves to be, because I am a raving fan of PNC and this branch solely because of her!
