- RRRuss RussellDec 3, 20235.0I visited a few Banks to open business accounts and this one made me feel the most welcome when I walked in the door. I was helped immediately. I met with Hugo and Jaime and they were both very professional and obviously good at what they do. I feel I made the right choice in the bank I decided on. Communication with both of them has been first class and they've always been there to answer my questions. I highly recommend this team.

I'm closing my accounts because since I opened the account I STILL don't have access to view my accounts or access money electronically. I've tried multiple times. I've emailed multiple times. I've been told to talk to back office... Back office tells me to go in branch. Horrible office. I can see why BBVA was destined to be bought out with anyone with a better business acumen. RIP.
