Whether it’s their training or they’re just naturally kind, they’ve put together a dream team of customer service at this location. You leave feeling like family! I left there thinking, “Is Richard, the older white gentleman, my long-lost cousin? Is the Black bank manager my long-lost brother my mother never told me about? And is the Arabic gentleman my uncle on my dad’s side?” 😂 Seriously though, that’s how welcome they make you feel. You don’t leave feeling like a customer—you leave feeling like family. Five stars all the way!
