  Concern About Equal Customer Service I have been a PNC customer for some time, and this branch used to provide excellent service. In the past, the staff was diverse, and employees seemed to be selected based on education, experience, knowledge, and professionalism, not ethnicity or language. The branch felt welcoming to everyone. Unfortunately, my experience has changed since the current manager arrived. On several visits, I have personally observed Spanish-speaking customers being helped immediately while I was left waiting, even when I arrived first. More concerning, I personally overheard the manager speaking Spanish to a customer and saying that future employees would be Spanish-speaking and that the Spanish-speaking community would be taken care of. I understand Spanish, so I understood the conversation. I have nothing against Spanish-speaking employees or customers, and I fully support providing services in Spanish. My concern is equal treatment for everyone. What happens to customers who do not speak Spanish or to people in our diverse community who speak another language and may not communicate well in either English or Spanish? I respectfully ask PNC higher management to review this branch’s customer service and staffing practices and ensure that every customer, regardless of language, ethnicity, or cultural background, receives the same respect, attention, and opportunity for service. I hope PNC addresses this concern before customers begin feeling that this branch is intended primarily for one language or community. I value my relationship with PNC, but these experiences have made me consider taking my business to another branch.

  I had a terrible experience today. I went to deposit a money order, but it took the cashier shasha!! 30 minutes just to figure out what information was required; she even gave me the wrong deposit slip. Later, she blamed me for filling out the incorrect slip. It felt as though she was processing a money order for the very first time. Very disappointed.

  I have been a pnc customer, have use alot of pnc all over Texas, have never been to one with bank tellers so rude, they had one customer, which was me, then came another customer, they waited on them first, it take them at least 10 to fifteen minutes for them to take care of me, the reason behind that was that a person at the ATM machine called them and told them to hold us up so the tellers did what the driver told them to do he works for Loomis, it was between 145 to 2pm
