  This place is amazing. The staff is always very helpful and polite. I've never had a problem even when I come in with my little one.

  I have had a very negative experience with PNC in the past six months. I visited the branch multiple times to resolve an issue with my mother’s IRA accounts. The branch people tried to resolve the issue, but were not able to after numerous tries and it ended up costing my family over $45,000 because PNC could not figure out how to fix my mom‘s IRA monthly payments and it made her in eligible for Medicaid qualification. After six months it still has not been resolved. I had to close her IRA completely and give all of the money to the facility. It was extremely upsetting and nobody from headquarters ever would return my phone calls. My whole family had accounts with the bank and we have all since canceled them all. Every other bank that my mother had accounts at I had no issue, but PNC could just not figure out how to send my mom a monthly check for a yearly check and I really still do not understand why.

  I’m very surprised by the negative reviews. I used to go to the PNC in the Rice Village, and had some very bad experiences there with the manager. But the last few years I’ve been going to the Buffalo Speedway bank and everyone (tellers, greeter, manager) have all been extremely courteous and competent. While I was there last week my debit card chip wasn’t working and they literally made me a new debit card in a few minutes—they have a machine for that. I think the Buffalo Speedway location is terrific.

  This was the worst bank experience of my whole entire life. Me and my business partner recently relocated to houston. I open a new beauty supply store. I wanted a bank near my home. I stop in to get help i was told i had to speak with the branch manager . the rudest homophobic man i ever met. if you have issues with the LGBTQ you shouldn't work for a company that deals with the public. He did not even want to shake my hand or let me go into his office. Just told me maybe i should take my business to other bank that accept my kind?????????????????? MY KIND like i am an animals. He look at me like i disgusted with me . Why are people like this allow to work here

  These bank is by far the rudest ever! on top of that they are supposed to open at 9 am and literally watch you stand outside for minutes after 9am... I seriously recommend new management
