  Went in to get a form notarized, which apparently requires an appointment…. But manager will take walk ins if he feels like it which he didn’t today. The notary herself was at the front greeting during a non-busy lunch hour. It would have taken 5 minutes for the service. I’ve walked into other PNC locations for notary with no problem, hence the bad service review.

  I needed to process a stop payment on my business account and was having difficulty on the bank’s website. I stopped by the branch near my office and was quickly greeted by Carlos, who was friendly and professional. He helped resolve the situation quickly and with no hesitation.

  Please be very careful parking your car at this location. My car window was smashed while parked here, and items were stolen from the vehicle. I strongly recommend that anyone coming here avoid leaving anything visible inside the car, even for a short period of time. What made the experience even worse was the manager’s attitude afterward. I completely understand that theft and property damage need to be reported to and handled through the police department, and I was not expecting the bank to investigate the crime. However, when I tried to inform the manager about what happened on their property, one of the first things the manager asked me was, “Are you a customer or not?” That was an incredibly insensitive and unprofessional response to someone whose car had just been broken into in their parking area. Whether I was a customer should not have been the priority at that moment. At minimum, I expected basic courtesy and concern, especially since I was also trying to make them aware of a security issue that could affect their customers. Posting this mainly to warn others: be extremely cautious when parking here and do not leave valuables in your vehicle.

  The reviews had me second guessing visiting this location but I am so glad I did 😊 Phenomenal customer service. The greeter set the tone and the bankers were extremely friendly and easily calmed my fears/anxiety. The process was seamless. When I was leaving, even the personal banker who was in his office stepped out to see me out and greet me. Amazing experience. Thank you all so much
