  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give Maria more than five stars, I absolutely would. Maria at the Harrisburg branch in Houston is, without question, the best banker I have ever worked with. During one of the most stressful situations of my life, she treated me with genuine kindness, respect, patience, and professionalism every step of the way. She never made me feel like just another customer. She listened, followed up, and if there was ever an update, she made sure to call me instead of leaving me wondering. That level of communication, ownership, and compassion is incredibly rare. Because of Maria’s dedication, I regained access to my account and all of my funds were exactly as they should have been. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. She also introduced me to a wealth manager, showing that she genuinely cares about her customers’ long-term financial success—not just resolving the issue in front of her. I want PNC’s leadership to know this: Maria is the reason I am continuing to do business with PNC. I had already made up my mind that I was going to move both my personal and future business banking relationship to another bank. After everything that happened, I had lost confidence. Maria completely changed that. Her professionalism, integrity, empathy, and commitment to doing the right thing restored my trust. Employees like Maria cannot be trained into existence—they genuinely care about people. She represents everything a banker should be, and PNC is incredibly fortunate to have her on its team.   Absolutely love the tellers here and the banker Carlos helped me with my account when I was having problems. Could not highly recommend this branch more!

  Espantoso el service. Now I remember why I don't visit the branch. To deposit an insurance check they made me got through so many hoops. Ironically enough, what they "couldn't" do, another Bbva Compass branch could. I got so stressed out by their staff that I just went to Chase. They were able to deposit without a problem. Awful! I've never heard so many "we cant'" in a long time. If I go back to Bbva , I will go to the one on McCarty.
