  Tried to open an account here took 2 hours of my time the woman named iliana was new and didn’t know anything she was doing also they ask to many personal questions here wouldn’t recommend

  Ms.Zuniga is a Gem! every time I come in she makes me feel so welcomed and listened too. The atmosphere of this bank is phenomenal and I will be a loyal customer of OZK for life.

  We started banking with Bank OZK several years ago when we were on the hunt for worthwhile CD rates. So, for the last few years, though we don't live near this branch on Montrose, we've learned that those who work here are committed to customer care, which is something greatly lacking in many other places. During time, we've gotten to know the phenomenal staff of this Bank OZK branch. These people are what continues to keep us returning to 4409 Montrose BVLD. We truly appreciate and trust their knowledge and understanding of the products Bank OZK has to offer. That said, we'd like to acknowledge each of them: Jonah, Alandra, Leticia, & Maria. They have truly been extremely helpful as we continue to grow and protect our retirement savings.
