- A꧁Inolvidable ꧂Aug 13, 20251.0Disastrous customer service experience! It has been 3 weeks since we renewed our CD over the phone, and we still have not received any related documents. I called a week ago and again today, and spoke with Patricia—the same clerk who handled the renewal—but instead of being understanding or trying to resolve the issue, she became defensive and rude. When I explained the situation, she responded with, “How is it my fault that you haven’t gotten the documents?”—as if I was calling her personally and not the bank. Rather than help, she simply blamed the Arkansas branch. I expressed frustration at her attitude and asked her not to speak to me that way. She cut me off with, “Do you want a copy or not?” When I again asked her not to be rude, she HUNG UP ON ME. I’m shocked that this bank allows clerks with such poor customer service skills to interact with clients—especially when they are the ones at fault. A lack of professionalism and accountability only worsens an already frustrating situation. To make matters worse, the renewed CD is not showing complete information online. We have CDs with several other banks, and this is the first time we've experienced delays in receiving documents and issues accessing information online. It's both frustrating and concerning.

Iam business Coustmer and iam really tired of them only issue this branch is nearby me. If you have to take money they take almost 40 mints just for one transaction. Bad service ever in my life and its not once i have to go every week on this location.
