  Jodi & Maria made it smooth to make everything happen pretty quick! Just opened my business and they let me know all the options I can grow into as well as having merchant services and things like zelle so I don’t have to use stripe

  Everyone was so helpful and extremely welcoming! Jodi, the Manager was amazing. She was extremely patient and took her time to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. I was able to open the accounts I needed in order to organize my finances. I’m definitely coming back for the money market specials. Great team!

  I had to visit Bank OZK to close my mom’s account after her passing, and I was honestly dreading the experience. From the moment I arrived, Jodi and Maria were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They made a difficult situation much easier to navigate and treated me with genuine compassion. Their professionalism and warmth meant so much that I decided to open an account and start banking with OZK. They made me feel completely comfortable and were so easy to talk to. Because of the outstanding service I received, this will definitely be the location I continue doing business with.
