  Dos veces el ATM se a quedado con mi tarjeta, después el banco te quiere cobrar 25.00 por mandarla rápidamente, porque si no te tarda 15 días para obtener una nueva, además está última vez el ATM no registra tu depósito y se lo queda también dejándote sin tu tarjeta y sin tu dinero la sucursal de copperfield tiene un ATM que falla mucho haciendo un rastreo de todos los bancos de la zona este es el más viejo de todos. Porque el banco en el que confías tu dinero y todas tus operaciones bancarias no puede instalar un ATM nuevo, no les alcanzan todas las comisiones que cobran? Además el personal del banco jamás tiene idea de nada que les preguntes siempre te mandan a la web. La peor experiencia dos veces me ha pasado esto. Y los de la línea telefónica te sugieren que hables con la sucursal que ellos no pueden hacer nada.

  ATM is always broken or won't take cash for a deposit. They place ridiculous holds on paychecks when depositing.

  If you do not have or open an account with them they charge $8 to cash a check written to you from one of their account holders. Not a good policy in my opinion

  I gave Perla Lucio a second chance after a bad experience at this branch just to find out she is still an Unprofessional Employee , no Customer Service skills , tried to open an accountafor Our Son and ask Her about Our options, well She lied to Us arguing bank policy chanched just recently, well , then Amegy's bank online info need to be changed to meet the limited options she offer to Customers , she said she doesn't undarstand My questions (well, then she is in the wrong position) anyway after another bad experience We went to Wells Fargo across the street just to find Daniel Garcia really knows how to treat and help Customers.....15 min later My Son had a bank account@ wells fargo .....so long Amegy We will close both of Our accounts in a month or so thanks to Perla Lucio....
