  I visited this branch during posted business hours, only to find the doors locked and learn that service is strictly by appointment. While I understand policies vary, there was no clear signage outside, and staff inside made no effort to acknowledge waiting customers. Requiring an appointment for a very simple, routine transaction—without clear public notice—creates an unnecessarily frustrating experience.

  BE CAREFUL AT THE ATM!!!! I got a torn $100 dollar bill from this bank branch's ATM on Friday evening. I had the receipts and I went inside the branch when they were open a couple days later and the teller was EXTREMELY RUDE about exchanging the bill, which came from their ATM. Honestly, she went out of her way to be rude about it. She acted like it was gonna come out of her salary or something. She said that they never put torn bills in the ATM. Umm... it actually happens all the time. Banks can easily exchange torn or damaged notes with the Federal Reserve Bank in Dallas. I don't see why this was such a huge issue. I'll admit that this isn't my bank, but I paid their ATM fee, so that should get me some type of customer service. Nobody would accept the damage bill, so I had to go back for a second time to get a replacement bill. This branch also wouldn't refund the $3.50 fee for the second ATM visit, which would not have been necessary if they hadn't given me a torn bill... ZERO STARS OUT OF FIVE

  Amegy Bank is a great bank, but this location was not a friendly branch... I think an appointment is needed just to get into the branch and talk to someone….I only needed ATM and it’s outside.

  I need a closer amegy bank.they mine from lawmakers st to Pasadena.we have been with amegy bank for years..
