I don't come to this location often so the impression that you present matters. I walked in the person who I believed was a teller was sitting at the front with no indication that he was not available, so when I walked up he immediately said "she will help you" so rudely and never looked up. I found out that he is a banker named Ivan. Do better because you represent the bank and that is poor from you the young lady was pleasant.

This branch has the best customer service that I have ever received. The staff goes above and beyond. They actually return the phone calls when they say! Thanks, Melissa, Fernando and staff. Glad to be banking here !
