IF you are able to get them on the phone, you will experience the feeling of being a burden, you will be left on hold for egregious periods of time, and a total disregard of whatever issue you are experiencing. My business received overdraft fees of $290... EACH! The overdrafts which were caused by every single check deposited being put on hold for unknown reasons. Zero effort or explanation to correct the issue nor even offer a solution. I would steer clear of this bank no matter your circumstance.

My car broke down and I was outside for 25 minutes in Houston heat, I finally decided to come in and hoped that they wouldn’t be rude about me being here until the towing truck came and when I asked to stay, the man was very kind about my situation, he then came back and gave me a water bottle. That wasn’t necessary but I did appreciate it.
