- DADawn AlcalaMar 2, 20261.0I have been using amegy for the last 5 years or so and have been in multiple branches, I came here today because I'm having issues accessing my account, now don't get me wrong the guy wasn't rude, he was helpful and borderline polite but IT WAS VERY OBVIOUS he didn't WANT to help or something, I found myself apologizing to him over and over and then I realized it was because I didn't feel WELCOME AT ALL, like I KNEW he really didn't want to deal with me or my phone problems, I ended up just leaving with only half my problem solved, I'm actually sitting in the parking lot typing this because I've NEVER FELT MORE UNCOMFORTABLE TRYING TO GET CUSTOMER SERVICE, like ever, but NEVER at any branches I've been too... Do better! I would rather drive 30 minutes to the next location then ever step foot in here again.

They've even let me use their conference room on multiple occasions to do some personal banking. I always go out of my way just to use this branch.
