The branch manager and the staff were all so accommodating and supportive of me and my situation. I will never bank anywhere else as they literally are a one stop shop. Thank you all so much again for your service and for your dedication.

The 2 or 3 employees are nice & helpful, but no tellers, you can make a deposit, but they've gotta call an employee to come out and take your checks, they then disappear for a few minutes and return with your receipt and a sales pitch on how you can deposit your checks without coming in to the branch. Sign on the door says cash only available through atm here.

- DSDenise SpringerMar 28, 20221.0BBVA had its issues as a bank, but since PNC bought them out it has been awful. I've never experienced a worse bank in my entire life. They cannot help with anything. I've been trying to get an auto draft removed for 3 months and they cannot do it. They have not given their employees at the bank the authorization to do anything to help anyone. Everything has to go through their corporate office. We will be closing all accounts out as soon as the draft issue is resolved (if it ever is resolved!) I'd give zero stars, but that's not an option.
