    Now that is closes at 5pm it's inconvenient, especially when you get out at at 5pm to deposit a check.

    Bank drivethu is supposed to be open on Saturday 9am to 1pm and it CLOSED. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    Horrible costumer service. Been having trouble for a week with my direct deposit & nobody help me, nobody even answer the phone, Jorge the Financial Sales Advisor even gave us his direct phone # and for nothing, been asking for his help, calling him & texting and he doesn't even have the courtesy to answer. Today I finally went & they tell me I need to wait 5 more days for the check that I now give them to be reflected on my account. DON'T RECOMMEND BBVA!!!
