What ive noticed is they do not acknowledge you when you pull up. I've had to push the bottom to make sure someone is working on what I sent in.

We added her to this account and then we’re told because her passport was expired. She couldn’t be added, but yet they turned around and closed my account and left me with no access to my money! I will be closing this account and we’ll go to somebody like IBC that’s more of a local bank. I really should have read the reviews before I opened this account!

Making me go back and forth between branches to get them to do something that they could have just stop being lazy pick up the phone and call the other branch. Lady first office to the right offering no assistance giving excuses instead of finding a solution. Wrong bank to bank with and by the rating they ain’t wrong. Low rating is a warning don’t bank here.
