  This has been my bank for 26 years. They have helped me with everything from online banking to personal loans to auto loans and insurance. I greatly appreciate the assistance I always get from Monica Glover. She has been my banker for the last 9 years. I recommend this bank to my friends and anyone to open an account and do business with them. They take care of you here in Garland.

  The only reason I bank with TDECU is because of the Buc-ee’s credit card. Their online banking is the worst I’ve ever used. I have to scan a picture of my license and take a selfie every time I log-in to review transactions and make payments. I was also kicked out of online banking all together a few years back and customer support was no help. I would not open any other accounts with TDECU.

  I've been with TDECU since 2010. Financed 2 vehicles and other loans through them. I have always received excellent customer service with them. The staff is professional and willing to answer my questions. Will continue this relationship into the future. Appreciate the Team at TDECU Garland.

  They say it pays to have great relationships with people, never has that been more important than my relationship with Farah Moosajee and her team of colleagues at TDECU. For a better part of 10 plus years they have helped build my credit up from the low 600’s to over 680. I have taken out and paid back numerous loans over time and I have a reputation of being a great customer. Monica Glover and most recently Corina have me navigate thru these processes. Most recently i encountered I severe financial hardship with my partner being laid off and hunting for work. It has been hard being the sole bread winner and covering everything during the difficult time. I searched for a way out and ended up going with a debt resolution program. When I brought this up in conversation Farah and fellow colleague Corina said let’s see if based on my previous history with TDECU, I could get a home advantage loan. This was something I never thought possible but everyone stepped up to the plate and hit a home run. Within a matter of hours I was approved for a 50,000 loan. I was fortunate enough to stop by and discuss this and never imagined I would get something like this even approved. I was able to back out of the debt resolution process with no penalties. Now I am waiting for funded from loan I never thought possible. Thanks to Monica, Corina and the bank manager Farah Moosajee for stopping me and letting them take a look first to see what they can do. Now I am walking out with a sigh of relief knowing that I can recover out my debt and move forward. Build a relationship with the team and they will go to bat for you and help you. Great job .
