I greatly appreciate the assistance I always get from Monica Glover. She has been my banker for the last 9 years. I recommend this bank to my friends and anyone to open an account and do business with them. They take care of you here in Garland.
- BSBradley SmithAug 15, 20261.0The only reason I bank with TDECU is because of the Buc-ee’s credit card. Their online banking is the worst I’ve ever used. I have to scan a picture of my license and take a selfie every time I log-in to review transactions and make payments. I was also kicked out of online banking all together a few years back and customer support was no help. I would not open any other accounts with TDECU.
