I came in to close a small account after discovering maintenance fees had quietly eaten into a low balance I'd kept open, and I walked in frustrated. Leslie handled it with genuine professionalism from the first moment. She was sincerely apologetic about the situation, and even though she couldn't reverse the fees, she proactively walked me through lower-fee account options and mentioned a vehicle insurance benefit I had no idea the credit union offered. Nobody had shared that with me before, and she didn't wait for me to ask. What impressed me most was her composure under pressure. It was a slower part of the day, she was training a colleague at the same time, and she still managed to multitask, narrate each step clearly, and make me feel like a priority throughout. When I stepped out and came back a few minutes later just to drop off a business card, she greeted me with the same warmth as the first interaction. Even after closing my account, she thanked me sincerely and invited me to return anytime. That kind of consistency and genuine care is rare, and it reflects extremely well on her and on this branch. What makes this even more notable: I'm not even a current customer. If that's the level of service a non-customer receives, I can only imagine how well she treats the people she serves every day. Leslie is a clear asset to this organization and deserves real recognition for it.
- DGDani G.Jul 31, 20261.0CUTX ARE FRAUDS!!! Don't get a car loan through them and especially don't opt in for their scam CPI insurance. They make it seem oh so good but if you hit a deer they will say they are totalling out the car and the cpi will cover the car on their side but wont get you a new one, then sell it and then still try and stiff you with the entire loan amount. They are liars and frauds.
