- DDDreamscape Landscaping DesignsJul 30, 20261.0As a business sont bank here, tried to close my account in person and over the phone , was told the couldn’t do it for different reasons each time, (made sure my account had a $0 balance) fast forward a month, the day after the service fee I hit my account for the new month,someone at PNC closed the account with a balance due and never notified or attempted to contact me before closing, I am not the first person and I personally know another , so it is safe to make the assumption this has happened a lot to people attempting to leave PNC and discontinue business with them.

- AHA HogueApr 10, 20212.0I don't think there is anything more irritating than when you come to the bank 45 mins before the drive thru closes (which is at 1pm on Saturdays) and they already left for the day. You can clearly see they last updated their hours in February. I have seen 2 other cars drive thru also thinking they are open. If they did change their hours since Feb & now close before 12, then they should keep that up to date on Google. I look across the street and see Capital One Bank open & is looking way more convenient to me right now.
