  Went today to this branch we have no account there but Ren Rendon went above and beyond the service that we need and by the end we decide to move all our banking accounts to pnc Thanks Ren for your service and keep it up

  Extremely disappointed with the service at this PNC branch. I made a cash deposit, and the teller used a cash counting machine located behind the counter. I was not able to see the machine count or verify the amount before the deposit was completed. The teller did not confirm the counted amount with me before posting the transaction. After checking my account, I realized my deposit was $80 short. I immediately reported the issue and was told the branch would reconcile the cash drawer and contact me with the result. I waited two weeks and never received any call or update. I had to return to the branch myself, only to be told that the investigation had already been completed two weeks earlier and nobody had informed me. What disappointed me the most was not only the missing $80, but the lack of transparency, communication, and accountability. If a customer reports a problem and you promise to follow up, you should actually follow through. This experience seriously damaged my trust in this branch. Customers should be very careful and make sure the deposit amount is confirmed before leaving.

  Worst experience at PNC, went in to make my sons truck payment and I put the account number on the check like I have done for years. The Indian lady told me she couldn’t make the payment on the account and I asked her why, she stated “I’m not sure and don’t really know”, then I asked her to look at it again and then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t find the account and handed me back my check. I went to another PNC, Preston and Main and they had zero issues with finding the account and processing it.
