- AHAustin Hearn6 days ago1.0CUTX is an absolute nightmare to deal with. 1) Endless wait times when you call into support. (30+ minutes guaranteed) 2) You cannot update your address online without an error code. 3) You cannot get a loan payoff amount online without an error code. 4) I tried to wire money, but it requires you to verify your phone. When I tried to verify, it said a security code was sent, and there's a 5 minute timer until the code expires. The timer expired multiple times, and a code was never received. 5) I refreshed the website, and the option to wire money is no longer available. 6) I've spent more than 2.5 hours trying to pay off my auto loan and still unsuccessful. At this point, I would like to send CUTX to collections.

She was rude ABSOULTLEY NO HELP and didn't even apologize. Just for that reason I will either be switching banks or NEVER returning to that location. Other workers were kind and helpful but sadly Patricia was awful! What a disappointment
