  This branch is the most incredible branch and the world’s best customer service!!! Andrew, Emily and Aripita are amazing!! They are always meeting their customers with a smile and treat you like family!! You will love this crew!!

  Jasmine !! worst customer service I have had with bank OZK!! Approx 25 yrs since u have opened in frisco feels like she looks for excuses not to let u deposit a check from my husband acct !! Another account with my mother that I am basically so unprofessional with my mother as well when we left all she wanted to do is leave your bank as well, so she doesn’t handle customer as well at all!! same bank because of ink color change, not first time issue , with her !! I am on several accts with ur bank had me wasting time and checks all I left feeling change banks not friendly about this matter ! Looks very unprofessional doesn’t handle customers well whatsoever!! In my opinion, she should not work with customers!! This is a week later. Still mad about the way this was handled!! never do reviews, but I had to on her being still thinking to change you’ve had much better people working in that bank at both locations in Frisco has gone downhill!! You’ve had much better people work in their prior. I guess you’ve lost them all.!!

  I had interactions with jasmine, on setting up my account. She was tremendously helpful, and explained everything in detail. She is a wonderful person and worker. You need more jasmines.
