  Ms. Sandra Trevino was so patient and helpful with my notary today. I appreciate her and the bank for there time, it was a lot of paperwork to go through and Ms. Trevino helped me through every page to make sure it was done right. 10 stars 🌟 I reccomend the kind patience of TDECU in Freeport Texas!

  I just want to give a shout out to Sandra Trevino of the Freeport branch for her awesome work on helping me get a consolidation loan approved. I was turned down after I applied on the app but Sandra gave me a call and helped me work it out and ended up getting me approved. She was very professional and went above and beyond for a customer that is not even from her branch. I highly recommend asking for her if you are from the area.

  Five stars to Missy, Erika, and Ruby at the Freeport branch! I came into the branch with a specific need regarding my business debit card and they worked together to find the answer and take excellent care of me. I have three branches in my area and the Freeport branch always delivers excellent customer service to its customers. Thank you, ladies!
