- BCBarbara E. Marshall CampbellJul 25, 20243.0It's not the best, but not the worst banking system branch. Service is always good and expedient except during the lunchtime rotations. Never received poor customer service at this branch. They need to add a secure URL for mobile and online banking customers and customer controlled PIN numbers so that online consumers can lock and unlock their own debit cards and anonymously order new cards and report disputes. Contrary to popular belief the branch manager has little control over Regional decisions. There is a future around the corner where people will have to use automated banking, online banking, online and electronic deposits, and debits where cash will no longer be used to buy and sell and every transaction will be online and in the clouds. Resistance will not help for it is prophesied in the Word of God that this day is coming and sooner than we want to imagine.
