My license expired five days ago and said she need manager approval. She must have messaged the manager from her computer......waited a couple of minutes and never got up once. And then she asked me to "step aside" so she could handle other customers......I think Anna is the teller's name. Incredible......I've waited so many other times behind complicated transactions, and not once, were they ever asked to step aside for me......Been a Compass/PNC customer since 1994. Leaving PNC for good. Making sure PNC knows it's this branch that is the reason.
