- LDLinda DensonSep 14, 20265.0I have been with PNC for many years but this last experience is one that needs to be shared. I use the PNCat Eastchase in Ft Worth Texas. My agents are Nicole and Lobat and the situation was my account was hacked and I was lost. They set me down and walked step by step with me to set up a defense for my accounts that even required them walking me through getting my computer wiped clean to prevent further fraud. Directed me to company and then when it was completed I returned to the bank the next day and they reviewed and reinstalled new account information. This situation took professional time but also such kind, organized, personal details I also needed to review and all done with such concern. The situation is addressed and my accounts are secured and even directions on protecting my other possible exposure. Their attitude was so professional but most of all personal and focused on taking care of their customers!! I recommend this bank with my full commitment to their business acumen and moral support for customers when needed. This is a common practice at this bank. BRAVO!! Thank you and I ask that they be recognized by your company and I will help you in any way I can.

- EEEveJul 13, 20265.0I went in three or four of these and when I tell you the customer service is amazing The one right there on eastchase specifically there was a young lady greedy when I tell you you just want to take her and put her in your wheel she was so amazing and very kind and making sure that she try her best to accommodate anything that you are wanting to know in the banking industry and if she didn't know she didn't mind saying let me get back with you let me have your name and number and very persistent and when I tell you if she tell you or they tell you they're going to call you back they're going to call you back so I'm banking there and another bank
