- MSMary SwaffordMay 27, 20201.0They took out a car payment two weeks after loan was paid off. Then i am still waiting weeks now for my refund!!!! Do not use PNC. Also, once loan was paid off i could not view my loan acct online because they made it where i could not sign on. They took the money out of my checking for payoff but no acknowledgement it had been paid off. Still waiting on that refund PNC.
