- DKDennis Kaye2 days ago2.0I see why this bank has such a terrible reputation. I stopped by this branch because there isn’t a Chase Bank in Ennis and I needed a $1,000 cash withdrawal from my Chase account. The first attempt was declined because Chase’s fraud prevention flagged it, which is completely understandable. Chase immediately texted me asking if it was really me, I confirmed it was, and the transaction was approved. The problem? The teller refused to run the transaction a second time, saying they could only attempt it once every 24 hours. Instead of helping me complete what should have been a simple withdrawal, I was told there was nothing they could do. If that’s truly PNC’s policy, it’s incredibly inconvenient. If it wasn’t, then the customer service was lacking. Either way, I left without my money despite my bank approving the transaction. After this experience, I understand why this branch has such a low Google rating. I won’t be back.
